Utility Vehicle Permit

The City of Appleton City requires you to permit your Utility Vehicles if they are to be driven inside the city limits.

It only costs $5.00 and you will need proof of insurance, valid drivers license, and reciept of current paid property taxes.

Feel free to fill out the form below and bring back to Appleton City Hall in exchange for your 2024 permit sticker!
